Dinner:

Nothing caps off a beautiful day of reeling in big fish like a delicious home cooked meal. We know you will be hungry and we will be prepared for it.

Dinner is a full-coarse meal with all the fix'ns. One evening might be Roast Beef with Yorkshire Puddings. The next night might be something on the barbeque like steak, chicken, pork chops or high quality Canadian sausage. Due to requests we have added Italian dishes such as Lasagna and Garlic Bread, Spaghetti and hearty meat sauce or the big hit of last summer, home made Manicotti.

To complement our big meals are home baked desserts, which are made fresh daily. Desserts are usually home made pies, cakes or fancy sweet specialty desserts. After dinner coffee, hot chocolate or tea is served.

Lunch:

A big part of the northern experience is a shore lunch of fresh Walleye.

A well-stocked shore lunch kit makes this experience much more enjoyable. Guests will be supplied new propane stoves, new bins, new dishes, cast iron fire pan, dishes, cups, cutlery, dish soap, cloth & leather fire glove. Our kitchen supplies beans, stew, veggies, cookies, cooking oil, flour and condiments.

Breakfast:

Our breakfast menu includes among other things, pancakes and sausages, scrambled eggs and ham, bacon and eggs, toast and jam, omelettes made to order and more. There is always a pot of fresh coffee on and guests can also have juices, tea and other drinks.

Kitchen & Dining Room:

Our kitchen has all stainless steel counters and appliances and is kept meticulously clean. Our staff performs a complete cleaning after every meal.

Our dining room has a casual country-style and is very relaxing. It seats up to 24 people but it's very rare that we have that many guests in camp at one time. There is lots of room and we can seat groups together.
